Yealink phones are fully Teams native phones. They bring the full Microsoft Teams experience to the desk phone, allowing for call forwarding, organizing contacts, and complete management of all calls for the phone.

			| Sign into the PhoneThis only applies to individuals with a phone number. NOT a common area or shared phone.  
				Open a web browser on a PC and go to the link presented on the phone ‘Microsoft.com/devicelogin’  Enter the code from your phone in the box prompted on your computer.Log into your ISU account using your full email and ISU Password.When prompted with “Are you trying to sign into Microsoft Authentication Broker?” Press “Continue” Answer a Call
				When the phone rings lift the handset. OR 
				Press the “Accept” on the screen to answer on speakerphone. Place a Call
				Type the number which you are calling, then pick up the handset, then press "Call". OR 
				Lift the handset, dial the number, press “Call”. OR 
				Type the number which you are dialing, press the speaker phone key to call on speaker phone. Consult Transfer a Call
				While in call press the “Transfer” key on the screen of the phoneSelect “Consult First”Search for a user by using the on-screen keyboard OR dial a number using the phone’s number padSelect the Number or user account that you want to transfer toAfter consulting with the other party, you press the ‘Transfer’ icon at the top right of the screen to complete the transfer. Blind Transfer a Call
				While in call press the “Transfer” key on the screen of the phoneSelect “Transfer Now”Search for a user by using the on-screen keyboard OR dial a number using the phone’s number padSelect the Number or user account that you want to transfer toOnce the selected party answers the phone, the call will disconnect from the Yealink phone. Check Voicemail
				From the Home Page select “Voicemail”Select the voicemail you would like to listen toThere, the transcript appears, or you can press the Purple “Play” button to listen to the voicemail For Help with Microsoft Teams Desktop Client
				Open the Teams Desktop AppClick the “?” on the bottom left corner of the applicationSelect “Training”From there you can find information on features and search for specific issues or questions | Forward to Contact
				Select the call forward banner at the bottom of the home screen. Select the forwarding option needed.  OR 
				Press the user icon in the top left corner of the home pageSelect “Settings”Select “Calling”Enable “Call Forwarding” 
				
					Do this by using the toggle switch
					
						Gray = inactivePurple = activeTap the Forward to field and then select Contact or numberAdd the desired number. The incoming calls are automatically forwarded to the contact or number. Forward to Voicemail
				Select the call forward banner at the bottom of the home screen.Select "Forward to Voicemail" OR  
				Press the user icon in the top left corner of the home pageSelect “Settings”Select “Calling”Enable “Call Forwarding” 
				
					Do this by using the toggle switch
					
						Gray = inactivePurple = activeTap the Forward to field and then select Voicemail Disable Call Forwarding
				Select the call forward banner at the bottom of the home screen. Select "Don't forward calls"  OR 
				Press the user icon in the top right corner of the home pageSelect “Settings”Select “Calling”Disable “Call Forwarding” 
				
					Do this by using the toggle switch
					
						Gray = inactivePurple = active Put Call on Hold/Take off hold
				Once in a call press “Hold” on the screen of the phone
				
				To take off hold Press "Resume" Adding Favorites
				In the Teams Desktop App go to “Calls”On the right-hand side under “Contact Groups” hover the mouse over “Speed Dial”Select the three dots next to “Speed Dial”Select “Add a contact to this group”Search for the person you want to add and then select “add” |
